 There is no better way of protecting your loved ones and possessions from a fire situation than the GE Interlogix ESL 500N Photo Electric Smoke Detector. This Smoke Detector is Wireless and unlike the ION Smoke Detectors that you have in your home or business, this Photo Electric Smoke Detector continues to sample the air for smoldering fires, the ones usually started in your residence and business. These detectors are self-diagnostic Learn Mode Wireless Devices that has a self contained sounder, low battery annunciator, status LED, and an integrated fixed temperature and rate of rise temperature heat sensor. A tamper switch is also contained with the detector, and the Smoke Detector communicates to the Simon 3 and to the U.L. Central Station.
 An additional Wireless Freeze Detector, when installed in your furnace room, will alert you when temperatures fall below 45 degrees, averting extensive damage due to furnace failure, frozen water pipes, and damage to due to falling temperatures. Will monitor up to 900 square feet and includes a transmitter to communicate up to 100' with the Control Panel.
The Moisture Sensor is designed to detect moisture and the presence of water and other non-flammable liquids. Moisture Sensors can be surface-mounted or floor-mounted under the carpet for detection of increased moisture levels in basements and bathrooms, and leakage in air conditioning and sprinkler systems. The sensor works with the Moisture Processor, and has a simple (2) wire termination. It is then a simple (2) wire install to the Wireless Transmitter.

A Passive-Infrared Motion Sensor can be added to your system to detect movement within a specific area such as a hallway, stairwell, large open areas, window areas, or to back up your window/door sensors. Use the Outdoor Motion Sensor to sound alert chimes and turn on lighting.
